Data we process
We process the details entered in the applicant or freelance form and information contained in CVs, certificates, references and other documents. This includes contact details, qualifications, employment history, availability, deployment preferences and communications.
Please do not provide information that is not necessary to assess your professional suitability. Special-category data should only be supplied where exceptionally necessary.
Purposes and legal bases
Employment: data is processed to decide whether to establish an employment relationship under section 26(1) BDSG in conjunction with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Freelance cooperation and recruitment: data is processed to assess, prepare and deliver project cooperation or recruitment under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Legal claims: where necessary, data is retained temporarily to establish, exercise or defend claims under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Applicant and freelance pool: longer-term inclusion only takes place with separate voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
Storage and recipients
Form data and uploaded documents are transmitted through an encrypted connection to our web server and forwarded by email to the responsible mailbox. They are not retained permanently on the web server. The message includes a reference, time of receipt and whether optional pool consent was given.
Access within Anselm WorkSafety GmbH is limited to people involved in selection or project staffing. Hosting and email providers may process data as contractually bound processors.
Your profile is not forwarded automatically. It is shared with a potential client or project partner only where necessary for a specific placement and after prior coordination with you, or where another legal basis applies.
Retention
If no engagement or employment results, documents are generally deleted no later than six months after the selection process ends. If you voluntarily join the applicant/freelance pool, data is retained for no more than 24 months from consent unless you withdraw earlier or another legal basis applies. If a contract is formed, required data is transferred to the relevant personnel, contract or project records and retained under the applicable periods.
Requirement to provide data
You are not legally or contractually required to provide data. Without the information needed for review, however, we cannot assess your application or the possibility of project-based cooperation.
Automated decisions
No decision is made solely by automated means, including profiling within Article 22 GDPR.
Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for the future. Email info@anselm-worksafety.de, for the attention of Daniel Schumann.
Right to lodge a complaint
You may contact a data protection supervisory authority. The authority particularly responsible for our registered office is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
