Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes technically necessary connection data, which may include IP address, date and time, requested address, data volume, referrer, browser, operating system and status or error codes.

This processing is necessary to provide the website, maintain stability and security and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. Processors act under Article 28 GDPR. Log data is deleted when no longer required, unless a security-related or statutory retention requirement applies.

Project, contact and callback inquiries

If you contact us through a form, by telephone or by email – in particular via anfrage@anselm-worksafety.de – we process your contact, company and project information and the content of your message in order to respond, assess the requirement and, where applicable, prepare an offer.

Form data is transmitted through an encrypted connection to our web server and forwarded by email to the responsible mailbox. Form data and attachments are not retained permanently on the web server. The message includes the visible form fields, a generated reference and the time of receipt. No decision is made solely by automated means.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business inquiries. Data is deleted when the inquiry is complete unless statutory retention duties or legitimate documentation interests require further retention.

Recipients and processors

Access is limited to people who need the data to handle the inquiry. Technical providers for hosting, email, IT security and maintenance may process data as contractually bound processors, in particular STRATO. Further disclosure only takes place where necessary for a contract, required by law or covered by consent.

Cookies, analytics and external content

This website currently uses no marketing or analytics tools, externally loaded web fonts, maps, videos or social-media plugins. No consent banner is therefore provided for the current version. If consent-based services are added later, they will only load after consent and this notice will be updated.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose. It is then deleted or restricted unless commercial or tax retention duties, legal claims or other statutory reasons require continued retention.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
